Core Duties/Responsibilities

The Traffic Coordinator within print production is responsible for routing all mechanical art to all agency staff and ensures the accurate delivery of the right materials to the right media outlets.


Traffic is responsible for the timely routing of all materials and ensures that all materials delivered are on time and accurate. 

  • Traffic ensures the materials are routed in a timely manner to guarantee that materials meet milestones and delivery date.
  • Traffic is also responsible for establishing quality standards that adherence to quality expectations of the delivered materials.


  • Traffic coordinator must be able to communicate effectively with account, creative and studio team members


Job Requirements:

Exhibits good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with agency team members. Must be self-motivated and willing to work extra hours and/or inconvenient times as the job requires. Must exhibit attention to detail, have strong organizational skills, and general-business skills. Can competently and handle multiple priorities. Knowledge of the advertising industry helpful.
