Core Duties/Responsibilities

DIRECT

Works with Associate Creative Directors or Creative Directors in the development and execution of overall strategic/creative goals for a client relationship or project.

DEVELOP

Proactively develops client relationships and presentation skills.

CREATIVE CRAFT SKILLS

Establishes art direction, style, and tone of communication. Proposes/delivers world-class executions of innovative design across all platforms.

IDEA GENERATION

Leads by example to inspire creative colleagues to create pioneering ideas that conceptualize world-class solutions.

LEADERSHIP

Takes personal accountability for on-time deliverables and expertly crafted design that is in compliance with client style guides and standards. Assists the

Associate Creative Director in the management of a design staff as well as the supervision of production people, photographers, illustrators, printers, etc.

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Contributes to ideas and creative work for pitch documents.

MENTORING

Assists and guides Creatives in their professional development, fosters innovation in the creative team.
