Core Duties/Responsibilities


We are looking for a Junior Artworker to work alongside our great creative teams and head of studio. The candidate should share a love of the industry and be passionate about graphic production for digital media (including user experience, digital advertising, social media and branding).


They should be self-motivated and capable to own their tasks within the department. This would include image production, image manipulation, static banner design/resizing and localisation of assets as well as creative visualisation of ideas. However, we are looking for an individual that will be looking to develop their skills and over into all areas of production, including artwork for press ads and print.


They should bring enthusiasm to this thriving and busy department and are expected to enthuse others within it. They should be bright, positive and energetic. Confidence and a strong personality are welcome but the ability to work as part of a team is critical. They should ideally have 2 years’ commercial experience within a creative studio.


The role.

The role has a broad range of responsibilities, centered predominantly on the digital production and design of assets for the Vauxhall client.  The candidate should ideally have at least 2 years’ commercial experience within a creative studio and will find themselves working across mediums. The role requires organisation, diligence with an impeccable eye for detail.


Key responsibilities

  • Performing content updates for the websites and email campaigns that we maintain and manage
  • Creating pixel perfect production ready assets for our digital ad campaigns following brand guidelines
  • Amending designs based in feedback from colleagues and clients
  • Handling high volume assets production and batch processing
  • Supporting the creative teams and head of studio through design and production using your knowledge, skill and technique.



  • Ability to design, and undertake production/artwork tasks for a wide range of digital and print media
  • Understanding of the strengths and constraints of digital technologies
  • Ability to support team members and provide inspiration.


Must have skills

  • The ability to produce assets for a wide range of digital media e.g. web, email, digital banners and PDF
  • Excellent Adobe CC skills InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Great eye for detail and high standards of accuracy
  • Good print production knowledge with a decent understanding of the four colour print process.



  • Good understanding of developing designs and a strong ability to output production tasks in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • An understanding of After Effects would be a bonus
  • Advantageous additional skills would be in: Video editing, 3D software, audio production.
