Marcy Q. Samet
No matter where Marcy is on Earth, if it’s 3pm Eastern, she’s on FaceTime catching up with her daughter. She always finds a way. And uses technology to help her. That’s exactly what she does as Global Chief Growth Officer. Marcy finds potential in every opportunity for her clients, through determination and digital innovation.
Versed in many disciplines, Marcy quickly recognizes multiple ways to grow clients' business (across platforms, channels and new avenues altogether). From Applebee’s to MasterCard, Boehringer-Ingelheim to Bristol Myers Squibb, Marcy has a proven track record of taking clients further. Her fresh, transformative thinking helped launch the Internet’s first credit card application with Capital One, turned breakfast social for IHOP and lead “Best In Class” work (according to Google) for Lunesta. And she’s ready for the next challenge—right after her 3pm meeting.
As Global CFO, MRM//McCann and EVP, CFO, Commonwealth//McCann, Andy oversees the worldwide financial health for both agencies. Prior to his current roles, he spent 17 years with other McCann Worldgroup companies, first as SVP, CFO, for Fitzgerald & Co. and then as SVP, Financial Director, for Universal McCann. In 2006, he became EVP, CFO, for MRM//McCann’s East Region, and was promoted to EVP, Director of Commercial Operations, for MRM//McCann in 2011.
In 2013, Andy joined the newly formed Commonwealth//McCann team to support the General Motors Chevrolet brand and drive the agency’s global financial framework. After a few years’ hiatus, he returned to MRM//McCann to lead the finances of the company’s 40-plus global offices, ensuring long-term growth and success for both agencies.
Today, Andy can’t imagine working in any other industry, even though he commutes from New York to Detroit on a regular basis.

She has spent her career unearthing and tracking consumers’ behavior and their drivers to interact with media and technology; examining and shaping the way in which people relate with family, friends, colleagues, trusted sources, and strangers through technology; and coming up with novel ideas that creatively engage people beyond technology.
Linda has traveled around the world just to see Bruce Springsteen in concert. But touring with the Boss is not her only global interest. She is driven to create a global and diverse workforce at MRM//McCann. She believes this is the right way to produce good and innovative things for a company like ours.
Beliefs like those have led Linda to excel in Human Resources at Interpublic for 25 years. And since 2000 she has focused on MRM//McCann, responsible for all areas of talent management, including talent acquisition and organizational development.
Linda strongly believes that successful companies care about their employees, and that employees should come to work every day for the experience as much as for the job. That’s why her daily endeavor is to continually develop MRM//McCann as a Great Place to Work®. It’s as if Linda was Born to Run a truly successful HR department.
