Core Duties/Responsibilities

A Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for the execution and successful delivery of interactive, web-based projects engaged by the agency. They must have a thorough understanding of how to develop and deliver Web-based work including, but not limited to, Web sites and software applications, rich media work such as Flash-based and video/audio files, emails, PowerPoint presentations, etc. The TPM partners with account service to develop a thorough knowledge of the client’s business. As a member of the project management team, the TPM is responsible for scheduling and monitoring internal agency resources and external vendor resources to make sure that they are aware of expectations and able to fulfill their roles on time and on budget.


The TPM  defines and is accountable for making certain that agency process and quality control requirements are met, so as to ensure that the final product is delivered on time, on budget and meets the delivery expectations of the client.  Project Managers have responsibility for the work in which they are assigned but have no personnel managerial responsibilities. The TPM facilitates collaboration and team-building among project team members and other project stakeholders, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.


This role will be located in San Jose.
