Job Title: VP Director of Analytics
The VP Director of Analytics is responsible for developing data driven strategic recommendations pertinent to media planning, buying and optimization. This role will require extensive knowledge of DMPs, DSPs and cross device marketing platforms typically used to string disparate data sets together, with the end goal of providing one comprehensive 360 degree view of the customer. The VP Director of Analytics will be responsible for developing innovative data driven targeting strategies based on both their knowledge of media platforms and advanced analytical techniques/ AI that can be leveraged across these platforms. This is a hands on role where the individual will be responsible for accurate analyses and advanced analytics modeling work. The VP Director of Analytics is also responsible for developing and cultivating relationships with key team members across the agency such as the technology, strategy, creative and account management teams.
In addition, this is a highly client facing role, with a strong expectation that this individual will also contribute heavily to new business develop and the pitching process. The VP Director of Analytics will be responsible for the growth and development of junior team members, who will report to him/him on a project and/or account level basis. This individual will report directly into the SVP of Performance.
