job description / Automation Manager, MRM

Core Duties/Responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Reports to the Global Lead in USA
• Manages the automation specialists
• Hands on execution primarily assisting the team with new campaign processes
• First point of contact regarding any execution issue
• Provides backup to Activation Manager
• Platform power users for Eloqua and all systems/tools integrating with Eloqua (BlueKai, Percolate, Optimizely, etc.)

 

 

Requirements:

  • Eloqua Power User- knows how Eloqua works from every aspect (Campaign Canvas Set-up, Building Segments & Filters, Configuring Dynamic Content, Custom Data Objects, Form Builds, Lead Scoring and how it links to SalesForce.
  • Can quickly answer/solve client questions, can guide and mentor team to do the same.
  • At least 2-3 years’ management experience, 3-4 years’ Eloqua experience.
  • Marketing Ops background. Very process oriented. Always looking for ways to “templatize” and “ optimize” what client deliver.
  • Has been successful at doing more with less people.
  • Excellent English skill

  • Operational / project management background with focus on delivering high volume projects within quality and time SLAs
  • Eloqua Certified – Masters, Luminary & Oracle Certified Specialist
