The Data Strategy team sits firmly in the heart of the Planning department. Our Data Strategy team is built around three pillars of excellences, Data Planning, Data Sciences, and Marketing Technology. Together these specialisms allow us to identify, collect and harness the power of data across all touch-points along the customer journey.
Role in the team
Our Data Strategists love understanding the story behind the data and pulling out insights around customer behaviour and campaign performance. They take strategic ownership of key projects, calling on their line manager when required. They enjoy crafting compelling insight reports, project proposals, communication plans, and campaign targeting strategies, all grounded in true insight with clear recommendations.
Our Data Strategists also take the lead on championing test and learn programmes to ensure we are constantly looking to optimise the CRM programmes and campaigns we run for our clients. They work closely with account teams, our Analytics team, and our Strategic Planning team to make sure we always give our clients comprehensive and well-rounded responses to their briefs.
