Title: Associate Social Strategist
The Associate Social Strategist acts as the frontline brand manager by daily interacting with customers and fans in real time across various social media and mobile social platforms such but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, Tumblr.
Responsibilities also include acting as a liaison across the Internet; participating in minute-by-minute online conversations by answering questions, offering solutions and mediating, and escalating conversations, when appropriate.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering community insights that will ultimately drive the content and engagement strategy. This candidate will also work closely with the Sr. Community Manager assisting in developing content that will be placed on the properties that will drive engagement and conversion.
The right candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills, the ability to work with cross-functional Agency teams and demanding Clients. A knack for research is required, along with a sharp wit, attention to detail, ability to be proactive, and willingness to work during non-standard business hours in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, advertising, public relations or online marketing is a plus.
