Core Duties/Responsibilities

 Senior CRM Analyst

We are one of the fastest growing integrated advertising agencies in Hong Kong and are currently seeking a Senior CRM Analyst to join a team who will be responsible for a variety of highly visible global, regional and local client programs and projects within our performance division of the agency.


The Senior CRM Analyst will conduct statistical analysis for clients to help make informed business decisions from large data sets (i.e. hundreds of millions of records). He/she will work in the MS SQL Server environment to analyse data using statistical and data mining tools including clustering, classification, and regression models to understand and predict consumer behaviours.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements data mining solutions working within our existing MS SQL Server environment
  • Apply advanced quantitative tools and data mining procedures to derive customer insights, solve business problems, and provide actionable recommendations that drive clients’ business performance
  • Develop client presentations consisting of key findings, insights, and recommendations from analysis results and present final deliverables to the client
  • Assess scope, provide accurate timelines, to ensure timely results to clients



  • Strong academic qualifications, preferably in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, business, economics, operations research)
  • 3-5 years analytical experience using outcomes to drive business/marketing decisions in B2C environment
  • Strong business and marketing acumen; demonstrated ability to develop analytic approaches to solve critical business problems
  • Strong SQL programming skills
  • Experience in advanced analytics such as customer segmentation (e.g. cluster analysis, decision tree), predictive modelling (e.g. linear and logistic regression models) is a plus
  • Skills in statistical software packages such as SAS or R is a plus
  • Excellent communications and presentational skills; previous experience in a client service-oriented role is a plus
  • Great command of verbal and written English
