The Senior Project Executive (SPE) is responsible for the execution and successful delivery of interactive, web-based projects engaged by the agency. He/she must have a thorough understanding of how to develop and deliver Web-based work including, but not limited to, websites and software applications, rich media formats and video/audio files, EDMs etc. The SPE will work along with the Business Director to develop a thorough knowledge of the client’s business. As a member of the account and project management team, the SPE is responsible for scheduling and monitoring internal agency resources and external vendor resources to make sure that they are aware of expectations and able to fulfill their roles on time and on budget. The SPE defines and is accountable for making certain that agency process and quality control requirements are met, so as to ensure that the final product is delivered on time, on budget and meets the delivery expectations of the client.
Exhibits good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with agency team members and the client. Must be self-motivated and willing to work extra hours and/or inconvenient times as the job requires. Must exhibit keen attention to detail, have strong organizational skills, and general-business skills. Can competently and cheerfully handle multiple priorities.
