Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Take project leadership from client brief to final requirement delivery, implementation and monitoring
  • Orchestrate end-to-end activities of projects
  • Responsible for leading and accomplishing requirements for projects
  • Ensure that correct materials are delivered, and that the mandatory requirements of the client are complied with guaranteeing quality assurance
  • Ensure timely billing of the project
  • Collaborate with discipline partners in the development of solutions to client problems
  • Able to brief internal partners effectively by successfully identifying the issue
  • Lead a working process that is efficient, profitable and consistently delivers products that exceed client expectations
  • Have an understanding of how the client or business operates
  • Contribute to the identification of incremental projects, new portfolio assignments and new business
  • Able to read client’s likes and dislikes, wants and needs, feelings and thinking and influences accordingly

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  • Must be a graduate of any four-year college course
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Must have curiosity for new technology and creative techniques, and passion for great ideas that surpass client requirements, transform brands, and are innovative and famous or award-winning.
  • Depending on experience, may be considered for Account Manager or Account Director post

  • Must have had relevant business experience through employment, coursework, or internships
